Marinated Black Olives

Makes 4 Servings

1 1/2 cups black olives, in oil preferably
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 dried red chiles
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 slices lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley
4 bay leaves
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients together and store in a large mason jar in the refrigerator. Allow to marinate for at least 24 hours prior to serving for the best flavour.
