"Elegant" is the only word I can use to describe the atmosphere in db Bistro Moderne. Staff are cordial and move quietly through the dining room and the diners are all well-dressed. We were asked if we were in a rush for our lunch service and they organized our service time accordingly. Professional and polished. The food was divine and the burger was everything I dreamed it would be.
