Espresso martinis made with Merlo coffee
fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice
1.5 oz - 45ml cold coffee
1 oz - 30 ml gin
1 oz - 30 ml coffee liqueur
Put lid on shaker. Shake for at least 20 seconds to get a good foam happening.
Pour in martini glass and top with 2 coffee beans (if you’d like to be fancy)
