A note from Stephanie...

With the #metoo movement well underway and now having a platform where we can talk in-depth about the hospitality industry, I thought it was a perfect time to have a bit of a chat about what it's like to be female working in kitchens, hotels and on flights. Some roles are traditionally male - or have been female-dominated for so long, that it feels like things aren't changing as quickly as in other industries that get more media attention.

We talked at length and shared many stories and I combined some of the best clips and notes together in the episode to give you just a glimpse of what it's really like today.
