Super-Quick Artichoke Dip

Freezer Tip! To make this ahead of time, please ensure to use real, full-fat mayonnaise - not "whipped dressing" or anything low fat. Cover and wrap well for the freezer and then simply add on extra baking time for the hot version - or allow to defrost overnight in the refrigerator for the chilled version.

6 Servings

1 cup canned artichokes, drained well and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a ceramic baking dish and bake in oven for a hot dip or just add to a chilled serving bowl and enjoy it cold.

Surround your platter with crudités, tortilla chips or your favourite chips or crackers and watch it get devoured!
