Herb & Caper Pesto

2 cloves Garlic
4 tbsp Parsley, Packed
2 tbsp Basil, Packed
1 tbsp Fresh Oregano
2 tbsp Capers, Drained
3 tbsp Pine Nuts
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil + more as needed
2 tsp Lemon Juice

In a food processor, combine the garlic with the parsley, basil and oregano and pulse until the herbs are coarsley chopped.

Add the capers and pine nuts and pulse again until they are coarsley chopped.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice and pulse until the pesto come together but is still chunky.

Try this pesto over seared tuna or salmon!
