What I liked…
- Location is downtown but more commercial - rather than tourist-y.
- the outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor is amazing!
- parking is in the lower level of the hotel
- toiletries were great - and plentiful!
- second shelf under the bathroom sink
- robes and slippers
- twin beds pushed together
- shower/bathtub combo
- late checkout option
- a travel adapter was left in one of the outlets
- laminate floors instead of carpet
What I didn’t like so much…
- The twin beds did not have anything on the legs to stop them from sliding. The beds easily moved.
- Not sure if all of the rooms were two-levels, but the laminate floors can be a bit slippery on the stairs
- The bathroom light lit up the wall to the right of the beds downstairs so we had to leave the foyer/top level light on so we could see the stairs at night to get to the bathroom. I wish we packed a nightlight.
This was our second time in Bilbao and I liked this location better for access to shopping and dining. The hotel itself was well-equipped enough that you could easily stay in for a couple of days and enjoy their amenities.
