What I liked…
- Location right in the middle of the busy downtown core - and only a block away from the famous Calle De Laurel.
- 2 full-sized beds pushed together (other than twins)
- bathroom was quite large
- A/C worked well
- shampoo in the bathroom (surprisingly NOT always in all hotels we visited in Spain)
What I didn’t like so much…
- The room itself is smaller than other 4-star hotels in Spain.
- parking in the hotel only has 7 spaces and its first-come first-served
- 2nd parking location is in a public lot about 3 blocks away
- A/C is controlled with an unmarked knob above a bedside table. no instructions anywhere in the room and there is still an old thermostat on the wall (not working) so its a bit confusing
- little counter space and no storage in the bathroom
We were only in Logroño to visit a few wineries during the day and eat and drink our way through Calle de Laurel so the location was ideal. On a previous visit, we were about 8-10 blocks away from this area to find a 4-star hotel. I would easily book here again on our next visit.
