What I liked…
- the location of the apartments is ideal! A couple of blocks from the popular pintxos/tapas bars, and across the street from the park and waterfront/beach area.
- the apartment was a nice size - quite spacious
- kitchen is well-stocked with tools, dishes and appliances
- enough towels for a 3 nights stay without having to wash any (but there was a washer/dryer if you needed to)
What I didn’t like so much…
- self-parking is a few blocks away (or more), depending on which of their apartments you are renting
- 1 set of toiletries per stay - a second bar of soap would have been handy
- the check-in process requires you to go to their offices at a second location abut 10 minutes away. Even though our stay was pre-paid, it was a bit of a bother to go and find parking just to go in to pick up keys and pre-pay for public parking. Hopefully the can convert the units to keyless entry or have someone meet guests at the apartment for checkin in the future.
San Sebastian is one of the more expensive cities to visit in Spain, but the value for this apartment's location was worth it for a 3 night stay. If we were staying longer, I would look around for a deal for longer term stays.
