A note from Stephanie...
This is the time of year to celebrate Moms (in all of their forms) and to celebrate BEING a Mom.
We cook with Moms, Moms cook for others, they plan for and take us on vacations and with all of that, occasionally need a glass of wine.
All of these luxuries in life usually come to us from our Moms so it seemed more than fitting to dedicate an episode in their honour.

Crazy Chocolate Cake
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp oil
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup water
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a square 9x9 baking dish.
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients.
Place all wet ingredients in the well and mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350F until cooked.
