A note from Stephanie...
I am not a germaphobe, but I am not a fan of sharing food platters and pans with others.
If I go to eat at a restaurant, it is even sometimes difficult for me to share plates with my husband or friends. (Partially greedy, partially a control freak.)
So, it is a little understandable that a buffet setup irritates me.
But they are still set up for corporate events, weddings and house parties and I can't seem to get away from them.
I thought if we did a show about them - to talk about the good, the bad and the disgusting, maybe those creating buffets and those eating at them will take note?
