A note from Stephanie...
I have been both an employee and employer in my business lifetime, so I have a natural interest in learning about both sides of this current argument in Ontario between the Ontario government and their proposed changes to minimum wage and other regulations and the businesses who have to pay their employees.
We also can't forget about the employees themselves. Will these changes help them as much as they think? Or as much as the government thinks?
