A Pesto For All Seasons

There is nothing easier to throw together than a pesto.

A bunch of herbs, greens or other fresh flavour, some nuts, cheese and oil.

It can only be limited by your imagination, so open your fridge and pantry and start experimenting!

Thin a pesto out and use as a sauce or a dip for bread, stir into plain sour cream, mayo or puréed beans or peas for a quick creamy chip or veggie dip, or simply stir a spoonful into just about anything for a fresh, flavourful kick!
